Rakhimova Gyulnoza was born in 1959. She graduated from Tashkent State University. Lawyer by profession. For many years she held responsible positions in the system of prosecution authorities. Since 2010, she has served as the head of the press service of the Prosecutor General's office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, head of the Department of public relations and legal information. 

She was elected as a member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2018. In May 4, 2019 she was elected as a deputy of the chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since July 23, 2019 she has been working as a permanent member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Born in 1983, higher education - in 2003 she graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the Tashkent State Law Institute, in 2005 she graduated from the master’s degree at the Tashkent State Law Institute. Specialty by education - jurisprudence.

In 2015-2019, she was a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She was a member of the Committee on Legislation and Judicial-Legal Issues of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

In 2019-2024, she was a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Since 2020, she has been a member of the Anti-Corruption and Judicial Issues Committee of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

In 2024, she was elected as a member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
