The India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) – established in 2011 by the Election Commission of India, the institute focuses on election management, professional training of personnel, the development of democratic institutions, and ensuring citizen participation in electoral processes. It also assists the Election Commission of India in fulfilling its duties.

The Director General of IIIDEM is Dharmendra Sharma.
